THYOSIL L Series is a group of acrylic resins in aqueous solution to be used for retanning all kind of leather. They are specially designed for producing a supple and soft touch leather.

THYOSIL L 系列 是丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂 ， 适于复鞣各种样式的皮革，为改善柔软性，提高丰满度而设计。

Leather retanning皮革复鞣

Retanning is an important step during the transformation of a hide into leather. The goal of this step is to give to the leather its final appearance and properties, which include hand, softness and mechanical properties.Optimal properties cannot be obtained by a simple tanning with chromium.

复鞣是皮革加工一个重要的步骤，用于皮革改善最终外观和性能，其中包括手感，柔软性和机械性能，可以获得最佳的性能这是一般的铬鞣法做不到的。

现在越来越多的规范的生产方法，在一个特定的步骤（一般经过鞣制的皮革），做出各种型号和质量的皮革。此外，它有助于平衡的特质，提高丰满度，缩小部位差，增强抗水性、耐光性以及改变革的表面电荷，促进染色均匀等等。使用复鞣剂THYOSIL L系列有助于获得这些类型的属性。

Nowadays more tanners standardize their production methods, at a specific step (generally after the tanning), the leather is split according to the type and qualities.Retanning confers to each hide specific properties; also, it may serve to equalize qualities, despite of input quality difference of the hides.Finally, retanning prepares the hide for the end treatments; dyeing, fat liquoring and finishing.

The market trend looks for more supple with a fine and homogeneous grain, which allows a soft finishing, aniline finishing like for the manufacturing of top grade leathers.

The use of retanning agents like THYOSIL L Series helps to obtain these kinds of properties.

Mechanical properties obtained with the first Chromium tanning are not diminished after the retanning with THYOSIL L Series. 所获得的机械性能是铬鞣革所达不到的。

The following properties can be adjusted, depending on the final article properties, by choosing and the quantity of THYOSIL L Resins used.

下面的性能是可以调整的，要求的最终的性能，取决于选择的添加量和具体树脂。

Dosage and application 用量与应用

The dosage recommended of THYOSIL L Resins is 2% on dry solid basis. The initial neutralization, before retanning, should be adjusted to at pH=5 to get optimal efficiency of retanning with the THYOSIL L Resins.The optimal time of reaction for a good fixation in the hide can be found after 30 minutes of drum rotation.

推荐树脂的用量为 2% （树脂的固含量）， 鞣革前应当调整PH=5以获得最佳环境， 鞣制时间30分钟。

Compatibility配伍性

THYOSIL L Series is compatible with the main tanning agents, vegetal and synthetic products, sulfitated or sulfonated fat-liquors and anionic dyestuff at pH conditions greater than or equal to 7. These products are sensitive to strong acid and can precipitate at pH below 7.

THYOSIL L 系列 ：可以与多数鞣革剂复配，植物的和合成的产品，硫化的 或磺化脂肪醇，和阴离子染料在PH较大范围或7 ，这些产品在遇有强酸表现敏感，在PH低于7时 会沉淀。

THYOSIL L70 shows extra features, unique acrylic retanning agent that allows working out at neutral pH (pH 7- 8), preventing alkaline leather shock.

THYOSIL L70 在丙烯酸鞣革剂中表现出独特的性能，可以在PH7-8，防止碱性皮革变形。
